The jackpot win last night was the first for Switzerland this year, with all previous wins in 2014 going to players in the UK, Spain or France. Three tickets matched all five main numbers plus one Lucky Star to win £373,910 (€524,657) each, and there were eight tickets that won £46,738 (€65,582) each by matching the five main numbers only. There were 66 tickets that matched four main numbers and both Lucky Stars to win £2,832 (€3,974) each, and more than 2.5 million prizes were won across the lower levels. Full details of those prize sums can be found by visiting the EuroMillions Results page at Euro-Millions.com.
The EuroMillions Plus draw last night didn’t give any Irish Lottery player reason to celebrate a top prize win, so fans will have to wait until Tuesday for their next chance to become €500,000 richer in this game. As always, two tiers of consolation prizes rewarded participants who came close to succeeding, with 38 tickets winning €2,000 each for matching four numbers and 1,946 tickets winning €20 each for matching three numbers.
EuroJackpot players had a top prize of €40 million to try and land last night, but no ticket succeeded in matching all of the numbers required, which were 08, 18, 35, 38 and 42, along with the Euro numbers 04 and 06. There were four tickets that matched all five main numbers and one of the Euro numbers to win €346,006 each, and over 697,000 tickets won smaller prizes. The next game will offer a jackpot worth around €47 million.
