UK Lotto
17 – 22 – 24 – 28 – 33 – 46 Bonus Ball: 19
The jackpot in the midweek UK Lotto draw had rolled over, and that helped the top prize in last night’s game to reach a final value of £6,092,685. Unfortunately, no ticket entered for the game proved able to match all six main numbers, and so that jackpot rolled over. The good news is that plenty of consolation prizes were landed, and five tickets succeeded in matching five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball number to win £71,387 each. Over 280,000 smaller prizes were won by tickets matching fewer numbers, and the Lotto Raffle game created 50 additional winners of £20,000 each. There will now be a double rollover jackpot of around £7.6 million up for grabs in the next game on Wednesday 15th April.
Irish Lottery
06 – 08 – 25 – 29 – 31 – 42 Bonus Ball: 11
There was a brand new jackpot of €2 million up for grabs in the Irish Lottery game last night, and the next game will offer an even larger sum because no player was able to win it. A single ticket won €25,000 by matching five of the main numbers plus the Bonus Ball, and 46 other tickets won a third tier prize of €1,467 each by matching five main numbers only. Over 35,000 entries won smaller prizes by matching fewer numbers, and players can now look forward to playing for a rollover jackpot worth an estimated €2.5 million on Wednesday.
SuperEnalotto
26 – 54 – 55 – 73 – 86 – 90 Jolly: 03 SuperStar: 19
Italian lottery players had a SuperEnalotto jackpot of €6.2 million to try and win last night, but once again the six main numbers drawn didn’t help anyone to succeed. No player was able to secure a second tier prize either, but six entries won their owners €40,645 each by matching five main numbers only. Over 28,000 tickets won smaller consolation prizes, and more than 53,000 SuperStar entries also won prizes. The next SuperEnalotto game on Tuesday 14th April will now boast a jackpot with an advertised value of €6.6 million.
Powerball
01 – 12 – 32 – 42 – 58 Powerball: 12
As we said at the top of this news item, the Powerball jackpot last night was worth $80 million and one ticket matched all six of the numbers that were needed to win it. That winning ticket had been sold in Florida, so well done to the lucky player concerned. Three tickets won their owners $1 million each by matching five main numbers only, whilst the third tier awarded a prize of $10,000 to each of 22 tickets that matched four main numbers plus the Powerball. The total number of standard entries that won a prize exceeded 375,000, and more than 90,000 Power Play entries also won prizes. The next Powerball game will offer a brand new jackpot worth $40 million.
Australian Saturday Lotto
03 – 07 – 13 – 21 – 24 – 30 Supplementary Numbers: 04 and 27
Some cultures view 13 as an unlucky number, but Australian Saturday Lotto players proved that it really shouldn’t be viewed that way because last night 13 tickets matched all six main numbers (including the number 13 itself) to share a jackpot worth AU$4,113,115. There were 146 tickets that won their owners AU$3,820 each by matching five main numbers plus one of the supplementary numbers, and another 2,219 tickets matched five main numbers only to win a Division 3 prize of AU$542 each. More than 639,000 tickets won smaller prizes, and there will be another jackpot of around AU$4 million to play for in the next game on Saturday 18th April.
