EuroJackpot
01 – 18 – 20 – 31 – 36 Euro Numbers: 05 and 09
The EuroJackpot game this week offered a brand new jackpot worth €10 million, but no player was able to repeat the jackpot-winning performance that had been witnessed in the previous draw. A single ticket matched all five main numbers plus one of the Euro numbers to win a second tier prize worth €1,016,924, and a third tier prize of €71,782 was won by each of five tickets that matched five main numbers only. Over 392,000 entries won prizes at the lower levels, and there will now be a rollover jackpot of around €14 million for players to pursue in the next game on Friday 27th November.
EuroMillions
04 – 30 – 34 – 46 – 49 Lucky Stars: 07 and 08
As we said at the head of this news item, a single ticket that had been purchased in Portugal matched all seven numbers needed to win the jackpot in the EuroMillions game on Friday night. There were eight tickets that won £276,669 (€355,600) each by matching all five main numbers as well as one Lucky Star number, and another eight tickets matched the five main numbers only to win €118,533 each. More than 4.05 million tickets won smaller prizes by matching fewer numbers, and the next EuroMillions game on Tuesday 24th November will now offer a brand new jackpot worth €15 million (around £10 million).
Mega Millions
09 – 12 – 29 – 37 – 67 Mega Ball: 15
Mega Millions players were chasing a very handsome jackpot with an advertised value of $20 million on Friday night, but none of them succeeded in catching that prize. The good news is that two tickets won their owners $1 million each by matching the five main numbers only, and there were 23 entries that matched four main numbers plus the Mega Ball to win $5,000 each. More than 1.06 million other tickets won smaller prizes across the lower levels, and the jackpot in the next game on Tuesday will now be worth an estimated $25 million.
Powerball
37 – 47 – 50 – 52 – 57 Powerball: 21
The Powerball jackpot on Saturday was worth $80 million, and all that stood between players and that prize was the ability to match all five main numbers plus the Powerball. No player managed to do that, but a single entry won a second tier prize of $1 million by matching the five main numbers only. There were seven tickets that matched four main numbers plus the Powerball to win $50,000 each, and more than 387,000 prizes of lesser value were won by entries matching fewer numbers. Over 101,000 Power Play entries also won prizes, including one player from Nebraska who landed $2 million, and there will now be a jackpot of $90 million to play for in the next game on Wednesday 25th November.
UK Lotto
02 – 08 – 10 – 11 – 32 – 47 Bonus Ball: 18
A rollover in the midweek UK Lotto draw meant that players had a jackpot of £6.91 million to try and win last night. No ticket matched the six main numbers needed to succeed in that task, but there were seven lucky tickets that won £15,084 each by matching five of the main numbers plus the Bonus Ball. A third tier prize of £550 went to each of 202 entries that matched five main numbers only, and over 2.15 million prizes were won across the lower tiers. The associated Lotto Raffle game awarded a prize of £1 million to each of 10 winners, and a prize of £20,000 to each of 20 winners. The double rollover jackpot in the next game on Wednesday is expected to be worth around £8.9 million.
