One line of numbers that had been entered by a EuroMillions player in the United Kingdom matched all five main numbers and one of the Lucky Stars to win a second tier prize worth £1,033,362 (€1,412,166), so it was nice to see someone become a millionaire despite the jackpot rolling over once again. A third tier prize of £43,056 (€58,840) went to each of eight tickets that matched five main numbers only. There were more than 2.58 million consolation prizes won in total, and you can view the full breakdown of those by visiting the EuroMillions Results page at Euro-Millions.com. Looking ahead, the next EuroMillions game on Tuesday 29 July will offer a triple rollover jackpot worth around £29 million (€37 million).
The delay in the publication of the EuroMillions results last night meant that EuroMillions Plus fans were also kept guessing as they waited to see if anyone had landed a top prize of €500,000. As things turned out, no ticket matched all five numbers, but 48 tickets matched four numbers to win €2,000 each, and the smallest prize of €20 went to each of 2,122 tickets that matched three numbers.
The EuroJackpot game had a top prize of €18 million waiting for anyone who could match all seven of the numbers that were drawn. The main numbers last night were 03, 10, 36, 43 and 47, and the Euro numbers were 02 and 05. No ticket matched all of those numbers, but three tickets matched all five main numbers and one of the Lucky Stars to win €143,579 each, and over 414,000 tickets won smaller prizes by matching fewer numbers. The jackpot will be worth around €22 million in the next game on Friday 1 August.
