Unfortunately, no player successfully matched all five main numbers and both Lucky Stars to walk away with last night's main prize and so the jackpot increases to £20 million (€25 million) for Friday’s draw.
A striking feature of last night’s draw was that there was only one ticket holder who matched all five main numbers and one Lucky Star. The ticket holder, who purchased their ticket in Belgium, took home the entire second tier prize worth an impressive €1,017,907. This notable win comes a month after one French player achieved the same feat and this latest result brings the total number of single second tier EuroMillions winners so far this year to six.
Following the single second tier winner were three ticket holders who matched all five main numbers to win £80,481 (€113,100) each and 47 players who successfully matched four main numbers and both Lucky Stars to win £2,568 (€3,609) each. Players in the remaining prize tiers won prizes worth between £3.10 (€4.30) for matching just two main numbers, going up to £161 (€227) for matching four main numbers and one Lucky Star.
In addition to the main winners, one UK player took home the £1 million prize in last night’s UK Millionaire Raffle draw by matching the code NKY206648 while one French ticket holder became €1 million richer by matching the My Million code DG7576986. The full prize breakdown from last night’s draw can be found on Euro-Millions.com.
As there were no jackpot winners in last night’s draw, players now have the chance to win a rollover jackpot in Friday’s draw. Out of the five draws so far this month, only one has hit the jackpot so it will be interesting to see if any player can match the winning numbers in Friday’s draw to become the second EuroMillions jackpot winner of June 2014.
