Both wins were through the Indiana State $120 Million Cash Spectacular Scratch-off game, which offers odds of 2.1 million to one of hitting the top prize. The first winning ticket was purchased in April at a convenience store in Jacksonville. Then, feeling lucky after the initial windfall, Mr Jackson decided to purchase another ticket.
After landing the top prize for a second time, Mr Hamilton is looking forward to developing his business and splashing out on a motorbike. With his first million dollars, Hamilton took care of some financial obligations, purchased a home, took a vacation and bought a truck for his dad.
While claiming his second prize, Mr Hamilton said the repeat win was the "icing on the cake." His wife, Donna, said the couple paid off debts and invested in Mr Hamilton's business with their first winnings. “After he won the first time I told him he could buy a motorcycle if he hit it again,” she added. Congratulations to Mr Hamilton, who may truly be the luckiest man in America!
