UK Lotto
13 – 14 – 35 – 39 – 46 – 49 Bonus Ball: 03
The UK Lotto jackpot weighed in with a final value of £5,517,016 last night, beating the £4 million that had been estimated by a significant margin, and that top prize was landed outright by a single ticket that matched all six main numbers. Surprisingly, there were no winners at the second tier level, but 155 tickets won £2,233 each at the third tier by matching five main numbers only. Another 8,858 tickets matched four main numbers to win £211 each, and the smallest prize of £25 went to each of 182,433 tickets that matched three main numbers. The next game on Wednesday 8th July will offer a jackpot worth around £2.1 million.
Irish Lottery
02 – 12 – 14 – 18 – 36 – 43 Bonus Ball: 22
The jackpot in the Irish Lotto game last night was worth a shade over €2.51 million, and it will be worth even more in the next game thanks to no player matching all six main numbers. Two tickets matched five of the main numbers as well as the Bonus Ball to land a second tier prize worth €25,000 each, and another 39 tickets won €1,527 each by matching five main numbers only. There were more than 31,000 tickets that won smaller prizes at the lower levels, and the next game on Wednesday will now offer a jackpot worth around €3 million.
SuperEnalotto
08 – 30 – 38 – 51 – 62 – 66 Jolly: 14 SuperStar: 02
Italian lottery players were just six main numbers away from claiming a SuperEnalotto jackpot worth around €20 million last night, but none of the entries purchased for the game succeeded in matching all of those numbers. The second tier was also vacant of winners, so the best that players could do was match five main numbers only to secure a third tier prize of €37,918 each. Over 22,000 standard entries won lesser sums by matching fewer numbers, and there were more than 42,000 prizes landed by SuperStar entries. The next SuperEnalotto jackpot on Tuesday 7th July will now be worth around €20.4 million.
Powerball
03 – 06 – 14 – 18 – 24 Powerball: 21
As we said at the head of this news item, the Powerball game offered a jackpot worth $70 million for the Independence Day draw, and we are delighted to confirm that one ticket matched all of the numbers required to win that prize. That winning ticket had been purchased in Missouri. Another two tickets won their owners $1 million each by matching five main numbers only, and at the third tier there were 26 tickets that won $10,000 each by matching four main numbers plus the Powerball. More than 312,000 prizes were won by standard entries, and over 81,000 prizes were also won by Power Play entries. The next game on Wednesday will offer a brand new jackpot worth an advertised $40 million.
Australian Saturday Lotto
08 – 15 – 25 – 30 – 31 – 44 Supplementary Numbers: 04 and 14
Two of the main numbers that were drawn in the Australian Saturday Lotto game this week had also been drawn exactly one week earlier, and those numbers (15 and 30) helped two players to win the jackpot. The top prize had a final value of AU$4,272,655, so each of the winners can now claim a share worth AU$2,136,327. Another 60 tickets matched five of the main numbers plus one of the supplementary numbers to win AU$9,662 each, and 966 tickets won AU$1,295 each by matching five main numbers only. There were over 512,000 prizes won across the lower Divisions, and the next game on Saturday 11th July will once again offer a brand new jackpot worth around AU$4 million.
