There was a rollover jackpot with an advertised value of €14 million for players to try and win in this week’s EuroJackpot game, but for the second week running there was no player who could match all seven of the numbers needed to land the top prize. There was just one ticket that matched all five main numbers as well as one of the Euro numbers to win the life-changing sum of €1,080,486, and another eight tickets won €47,668 each by matching the five main numbers only. EuroMillions fans were playing for a top prize worth £62.7 million (€81.9 million) on Friday, and they will be playing for even more in the next game thanks to no ticket matching the five main numbers as well as both Lucky Stars. Four tickets won €458,316 each by matching the five main numbers plus one Lucky Star number, whilst nine other entries matched five main numbers only to secure a third tier prize worth €67,899 each. There were more than 2.7 million smaller prizes won by tickets matching fewer numbers, and there will now be a multi-rollover jackpot of around £68 million (around €89 million) up for grabs in the next EuroMillions draw on Tuesday 19th January.
Mega Millions

A brand new Mega Millions jackpot rolled over in the midweek draw last Tuesday, and that set things up for a $22 million jackpot game on Friday. Unfortunately, no player won that top prize, but one ticket that had been purchased in Oregon was lucky enough to match the five main numbers needed to win its owner a cool $1 million. There were 20 tickets that won $5,000 each by matching four of the main numbers plus the Mega Ball, and over 1.41 million consolation prizes were landed across the lower levels. The estimated jackpot for the next draw on Tuesday is $30 million.
Powerball

The record-breaking Powerball success on Wednesday meant that there was a brand new $40 million jackpot up for grabs in last night’s game. No ticket could match the six numbers needed to land that prize, but two tickets did match the five main numbers without the Powerball to win $1 million each. There were 18 tickets that won $50,000 each by matching four of the main numbers plus the Powerball, and more than 777,000 entries won smaller sums. Over 175,000 additional prizes were won by Power Play entries, and the jackpot in the next game on Wednesday 20th January will be worth around $50 million.
UK Lotto

UK Lotto players were just six main numbers away from landing a jackpot worth £7.8 million last night, but no player succeeded in matching all of those numbers. No player won a second tier prize either, but there were 84 tickets that won £1,412 each at the third tier by matching five main numbers, and more than 1.9 million smaller prizes were won at the lower levels. The Lotto Millionaire Raffle game created five winners of £1 million each, and the Lotto Raffle created 20 winners of £20,000 each. The next Lotto game on Wednesday will now offer a double rollover jackpot worth an estimated £9.9 million.
