EuroJackpot
16 – 18 – 34 – 36 – 49 Euro Numbers: 06 and 08
The top prize in the EuroJackpot game on Friday had an advertised value of €14 million, but none of the tickets entered by players were able to match all seven of the numbers drawn. Three tickets matched all five of the main numbers plus one of the Euro Numbers to land a second tier prize worth €345,388, whilst a third tier prize of €91,452 went to each of four tickets that matched all five main numbers only. There were over 450,000 tickets that won smaller prizes by matching fewer numbers, and the next EuroJackpot game on Friday 30th October will offer a jackpot worth around €18 million.
EuroMillions
07 – 25 – 30 – 32 – 39 Lucky Stars: 02 and 08
Two consecutive rollovers helped the Friday EuroMillions jackpot to weigh in with a final value of just over £22 million (€30 million), and the next game will offer even more thanks to the top prize rolling once again. A second tier consolation prize of £358,320 (€467,506) was won by three tickets that succeeded in matching all five main numbers and one Lucky Star number, and another seven entries matched the five main numbers only to win £51,188 (€66,787) at the third tier. The total number of prizes won across the lower levels exceeded 2.33 million, and the triple rollover jackpot on Tuesday 27th October is expected to be worth around £26 million (€37 million).
Mega Millions
25 – 32 – 37 – 45 – 70 Mega Ball: 01
A serious network issue at the official Mega Millions website meant that the lottery was unable to publish its complete prize breakdown as this news item was being prepared, but we can tell you that no ticket matched all of the numbers required to win the $105 million jackpot on Friday night. The jackpot in the next game on Tuesday will be worth around $117 million.
Powerball
20 – 31 – 56 – 60 – 64 Powerball: 02
The Powerball lottery on Saturday night gave players the chance to win a jackpot worth $100 million, but that prize evaded participants everywhere. Surprisingly, the second prize tier was also vacant of winners, so the most successful standard entries were found at the third tier, where 11 tickets matched four main numbers plus the Powerball number itself to win $10,000 each. There were more than 463,000 prizes won by standard entries, and over 108,000 Power Play entries also won prizes. The next game on Wednesday 28th October will offer a jackpot with an advertised value of $110 million.
UK Lotto
29 – 31 – 43 – 55 – 58 – 59 Bonus Ball: 11
As we reported recently, last Wednesday night the UK Lotto delivered its first jackpot win since new rules were introduced, and players were keen to try and secure back-to-back successes by matching all six main numbers in last night’s game. The jackpot was worth £4,307,602 and we are pleased to confirm that one ticket did indeed prove able to win that sum outright. A single ticket won £98,370 at the second tier by matching five of the main numbers plus the Bonus Ball, and more than 1.01 million entries won smaller prizes at the lower levels. The jackpot in the next game on Wednesday will be worth around £2.3 million.
